My name is Oktay Kaplan. I was born in the Netherlands in 1982 and moved to Turkey around fifteen years ago to start my own business. With extensive experience in e-commerce and international sourcing, I frequently travel to the Far East where I operate an office and work closely with a professional team to monitor production processes.
At the age of 22, I experienced significant hair loss that deeply affected my confidence. After trying multiple hair transplant procedures and scalp micropigmentation without achieving the natural results I desired, I discovered hair systems about twelve years ago. This experience changed my life. Regaining a natural look helped me rebuild my confidence, and I decided to help others achieve the same transformation.
Over the years, I visited many hair centers and manufacturers, often encountering inconsistent quality and profit-driven approaches. This led me to work directly with top producers at the source.
