Orders are generally handed over to the shipping carrier within 3–7 business days, depending on stock availability and production time. This period may be extended for custom-made or personalized products.
3. Shipping Carrier
Shipments are made through courier companies contracted by Musthair. The selection of the shipping carrier is at the discretion of Musthair.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs may vary depending on the order amount, delivery address, and shipping method. Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.
5. Domestic Deliveries
All shipments within Türkiye are subject to the standard delivery conditions of the shipping carriers based on the delivery address.
6. International Deliveries
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
We recommend checking the package at the time of delivery. In case of damaged or missing items, a report must be prepared with the courier representative, and Musthair should be contacted as soon as possible.
8. Undeliverable Shipments
Shipments that cannot be delivered due to the recipient’s absence or incorrect address information will be returned to Musthair by the shipping carrier. In such cases, re-shipping costs may be charged to the recipient.
9. Force Majeure
Delays caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, or issues arising from the shipping carrier are considered force majeure. Musthair shall not be held responsible for such delays.
