RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
This Return & Exchange Policy explains the conditions for returns and exchanges of hair systems and related services provided by Musthair (“Company”).
1. General Information
Hair systems are hygienically sensitive products and are often custom-made. Therefore, return and exchange conditions differ from standard retail products.
2. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 15 of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation:
- Products custom-made or prepared according to personal measurements
- Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once unsealed
- Used, applied, or installed hair systems
are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- The hair system has been used or applied
- The product has been customized (size, density, color, or design)
- Hygiene seals, protective packaging, or labels have been opened
- The original condition of the product has been altered
4. Eligible Return or Exchange Cases
Return or exchange requests may be considered in the following cases:
- The product is defective, faulty, or has a manufacturing issue
- Incorrect product delivery
- Products damaged during shipping (must be documented with a delivery report)
5. Evaluation Process
Return or exchange requests will be reviewed by our technical team after the product reaches Musthair. Based on the inspection, a decision will be made regarding return, exchange, or repair.
6. Refund Process
If the return is approved, the payment will be refunded within 14 business days using the original payment method.
7. Service Fees
Fees for services such as hair system application, cutting, maintenance, and consultation are non-refundable.
8. Shipping Costs
Except for defective or incorrect products, shipping costs related to returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Hygiene and Health Assurance
To ensure the health and hygiene of all customers, Musthair does not resell used or opened hair system products.
10. Policy Updates
Musthair reserves the right to update this Return & Exchange Policy at any time. Updates become effective upon publication on the website.
